From selecting items to receiving your package, you need to complete two steps: purchasing the items and arranging international shipping.
1. Select Items
Choose a shopping platform, enter the item name or link. After confirming the photos, condition, quantity, and seller descriptions, add the desired items to your cart.
2. Place Order and Pay for Items
On the checkout page, review the items and fees, then select an available payment method to complete the payment. You can then track your proxy shopping progress on the order page.
3. Wait for Items to Arrive at Warehouse
The seller ships the items to our warehouse in Japan. Once received, you can view the items that have arrived and decide whether you need consolidation or other services.
4. Create Package
Select the items you wish to ship, enter your delivery address, and follow the on-screen prompts to request packing and any required services.
5. Confirm Shipping Method and Pay Shipping Fees
Review the available shipping routes and costs for your package. Once confirmed, pay the shipping fee and any other applicable charges listed.
6. Wait for shipment and track logistics
After the package is dispatched, you can view the tracking number and logistics progress on the package page. If there are any issues with the received items, please retain the packaging and photos, and contact customer service.
