Your purchased items will first be delivered to our warehouse in Japan. After they are received into the warehouse, you can choose to ship them individually or apply for box consolidation based on item and route conditions.
Item Receipt
Seller dispatch does not mean the item has been received into the warehouse. Once the item arrives and is registered, you can view the corresponding information on the warehouse page; when querying, please provide the order number and seller logistics information.
Storage Period
Please pay attention to the free storage deadline, remaining days, and related reminders for each item. Before arranging shipment, also check if any warehousing fees have been incurred.
What is Box Consolidation?
Box consolidation involves placing selected, received items into a single package before arranging shipment. Whether items can be packed together needs to be confirmed based on their dimensions, nature, and transportation conditions.
How to Apply for Box Consolidation?
Select the received items you wish to ship and create a package, confirming the recipient information and required services. After packing, review the package details and available delivery methods.
Shipping Fees after Box Consolidation
Package size, weight, and route affect shipping costs. For multiple items consolidated into one package, please select the delivery method based on the actual package cost rather than simply adding up the estimated shipping fees for individual items.
